Our current collaborations include:

Leo is supporting the Terre des Hommes International Federation to develop a common vision of how members of the Federation can better work together. The collaboration involves interviews with Board members and staff, design and facilitation of a strategic board retreat, and reporting to the General Assembly.

Sarah is participating in an exciting new piece of research, with Karen Hargrave and Alicia Cabero. On behalf of IFRC’s Global Disaster Preparedness Centre, they are following up on Sarah and Kristine Anderson’s previous research on modalities of collaboration and coordination among National Societies along migration routes, and Karen’s recent work on digital innovation in migration programming, by exploring migrants’ and National Societies’ perspectives on continuity of care in the Balkans and Latin America.
