Our current collaborations include:

 Sarah is researching and writing up a series of case studies to inform the development and implementation of humanitarian diplomacy aspects of the Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement’s Migration Strategy Action Plan and Implementation Manual. The case studies will also be used as reference materials in future trainings and associated IFRC toolboxes in support of Movement learning on humanitarian diplomacy and migration. She is also supporting the development of three units of a Global Online Migration and Displacement training  covering the application of the Fundamental Principles in the context of migration and displacement; National Societies’ role as auxiliary to public authorities in the context of migration; and Humanitarian Diplomacy.

Leo and Sarah are working together to develop the 10th Progress Report for the UN's Regular Programme of Technical Cooperation (RPTC), working directly with 11 Implementing Entities.

Leo is also supporting the development of the RPTC Focal Points Network, bringing together key personnel from each Implementing Entity to discuss various issues related to the RPTC.

Leo is working with Ari Sahagún to support Forus, an innovative global network representing over 24000 CSOs,  to design and facilitate a strategic planning process throughout 2025. 

Following a collaboration in 2024, Leo is supporting Terre des Hommes International Federation to design and facilitate a strategic planning process throughout 2025.
